I help home buyers become great consumers: prepped for the offer stage, ready to negotiate, aware of the repairs and ready to close! How are your fees structured?
In Washington State we have the opportunity to be compensated through the seller’s contribution or the buyers contribution. This is something we will go over before ever providing services. If you have any questions, please have them ready for our first meeting!
Can you assist with out-of-state transactions?
Absolutely. I am well versed in video tours and giving you the closest experience to actually being in the room. Full smell reports, vibe checks and neighborhood drive through videos to give you the closest experience possible.
